A message dated June 11, 1997, was received stating the Governor  is           
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:           
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18                                            
Declaring 1997 to be observed as the 80th Anniversary of the                  
University of Alaska Fairbanks and recognizing the vital role                  
played by the University of Alaska Fairbanks.                                  
                                                                               
Legislative Resolve No. 32
